How Our PUBG Username Generator Works
There is no AI behind this page and no connection to PUBG or Krafton. PUBG usernames are assembled in your browser from five ingredients:
- Your word. The name or word you type is cleaned to letters and numbers and kept whole in every result. Leave it blank and the generator picks a PUBG noun instead.
- PUBG vocabulary. Each of the eight styles has its own hand-written list — sniper, fragger and IGL for pro; AWM, Kar98 and headshot for roles; king, raja and bhai for the BGMI classics — so a funny result never borrows a pro word by accident.
- Lobby patterns. Adjective + name, name + op, clan tag + name, name + gun, king + name, underscore joins and reference numbers. Patterns rotate within a batch so you never get 24 versions of the same idea.
- Length awareness. The Short filter keeps results at 8 characters or fewer, leaving room for a clan tag or a symbol pair inside PUBG Mobile's 14-character limit.
- Favorites. The heart saves a name to your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to a server, and the generator cannot check whether a name is free — the rename screen tells you when you try.
PUBG Username Rules and Rename Cards
PUBG Mobile and BGMI names are capped at 14 characters and can include letters, numbers, underscores and a wide range of Unicode symbols — which is why lobbies are full of ꧁☬ brackets and small-text letters. Changing your name costs a Rename Card: you get one free at level 10, and after that they come from the shop, events or the Royale Pass, so most players change their name rarely and should test it here first. PUBG: Battlegrounds on PC and console is stricter — 4 to 16 characters, letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens only, no symbols — and PUBG New State allows 2 to 16 characters.
